[crossfire] Unidentified scrolls/wands have value 0 -> autopickup problems

When unidentified, scrolls, wands and staves (haven't tested rods yet) have a
value of 0 - they are "worth nothing" and shops won't pay you anything for them.
This seems kind of odd, but presumably there's a good reason for this change.

However, it also affects the 'pickup command. Specifically, 'pickup 10 is
supposedly the "magic density" that picks up all coins, gems, wands, staves,
rods, scrolls, spellbooks, potions, etc...but since scrolls and wands appear to
have a value of 0, they don't get automatically picked up and easily missed.

Oddly, non-magical scrolls are still valuable even when not identified and will
be automatically grabbed by 'pickup 10, which makes the seeming worthlessness of
scrolls that are known to be magical (but not what kind of magic) even more
peculiar.
