Pipeline 85 6.1.19, dialing a Max unit of some kind.  I get connected (dual 
channels) alright, and the second channel is dropped if I'm not using it, 
but usually within 5 minutes B1 gets disconnected with the CALL CLEARED/L1 
CHANGE message.  The message is mentioned in the manuals and on eSight, but 
no description of what the message is supposed to mean.

There are 15 other people dialing into the same Max who don't have this 
problem.  Is it time to try and open a repair ticket with US West, or is 
there another solution?
