It's a routing problem.

Lets say the dialup IP is 1.1.1.1
The TNT has dialup IP 1.1.1.2, and LAN (C class) IP 2.2.2.1

For 1.1.1.1 to ping 2.2.2.10, 1.1.1.1's default route must be 1.1.1.2.
It usually is this, because the Max assigns this when you dial in.

For 1.1.1.1 to ping 3.3.3.1, the above must hold, AND 3.3.3.1 must have
a route to 1.1.1.1 via 2.2.2.1.  I suspect that this route is missing.
Depending on the network structure and routers involved, you'll something
like RIP or OSPF to broadcast the route.

The telco's router doesn't know where 1.1.1.1 is.  It can't send a packet
back.

Can you get the telco to give you the output of 'traceroute 1.1.1.1'?
