Disconnect cause 47 = No NCPs open
Progress code 63 = Opening IPNCP

The problem is that your user doesn't have TCP/IP installed or it is not 
enabled.
However, the ascend box should log the user name in that first log entry. 
Notice how it does know the name from the second log entry...
