I have a max 4000 that currently has 6 33.6 modem cards in it. It is an older unit with 2 fans. I understand that I can only safely put 3x56k cards in due to power supply/cooling problems. I have replaced the chassis fans with new ones to reduce that threat. What I need is three of the blank cover plates to close off the 3 now unused slots to keep the air flowing as designed. I think that 200mph tape will work, but I am not quite ready to take the verbal abuse I would get from the other guys in the co-loc I am installing it in. I might get away with it if I could find some Black duct tape :) If anyone still has a few that they did not throw out after the last upgrade I would be grateful. Thanks for any help.
