These particular records are showing you that your customer is having a
problem getting connected.  Note the Connect Progress and Disconnect
Cause.  In this case, there appears to be a problem with a phoneline or
modem.

If you have CLID enabled on your PRI/T1, you could use this as a
wonderful helpdesk tool.  Our customers, for example, can call in, give
us their phone number, and we can read from the radius logs (which are
in SQL) and tell the customer almost exactly why they're having
problems.

As for your billing software, tell it to ignore records without
usernames.  Without that username, there's nothing else it can do.

If it really bothers you, and you don't want these, log into your max,
go to ethernet, mod config, Accounting, and set "Allow Stop Only" to No.
