I would like to ask everyone out there if anybody else is using Intragy for the Deskdial product. This is a modem pooling (port redirection) feature that uses the Maxen to dial out to the business concerns that employees may have. As we are gearing up for Windows 2000 rollout, we have been told that the Intragy product is not available for Windows 2000 and there looks to be no interest by the customers to see this happen. I have many users that are actively moving to Windows 2000 and would like to hear ANY modem pooling alternatives that people are using for W2k. Since Lucent won't step up I need your help to quickly find an answer. Thanks very much.
