This Pipeline 130 has worked for almost a year, no problems.  Last Friday, connection dropped.  Autoredial to the ISDN #, tries to connect for 1 second, then disconnects.  Change to alternate number, tries to connect for 45 seconds then disconnects.  Both disconnects are code 16.  My telco provider sniffed and found the 45-second cycle connected, did a good handshake then my router sent a disconnect message 14 seconds into the connection.

Suspicion is bad authentication, but everything checks OK by configuration.  Any ideas?  It's been 6 days without connectivity for this customer,
