The unit documentation quotes 384K at 21,000 feet on 24 gauge wire - if I
get 256K at 22,000 feet (only 5% longer and 30% slower) then that would be
great - I am just curious if anyone has gone beyond that 21,000 foot mark?

Not cost-effectively unfortunately.
