I finally loaded a slimmer TOS and it now stays up for 200+ days at a time. Originally I had tbaxkh.m60 and I replaced it with tbck.m60 (no apple talk) and it's worked like a champ. Ascend wasn't ever able to tell me why it was rebooting but their suggestion worked.
