Does anyone have any idea what could be causing freshly installed Windows 95
& 98 machines to be unable to dial into our MAX ports about half the time
until Dial-up Networking is removed & re-installed? Once DUN is re-installed
they work like a champ, but until that is done, all the machine will do is
fail the authentication sequence without even giving RADIUS a username, much
less a password.

Is Dialup Networking that rickedy in Windows 9x, and being installed in some
corrupted form? The funny thing is that the same machines can dial right
into a Portmaster without re-installing DUN. It is truly mystifying to me.
