TAOS is non-RFC compliant for RADIUS and adds a null on the end of all strings. 
  In NAvisRadius you need to set the server_properties file entry 
Allow_Ascend_Nulls_In_Attributes to true if only using TAOS boxes.  If using a 
mix and you need nulls in attributes then you can set a per client override in 
client_properties.
