Ladies and Gentlemen, I have a Max 6000 that exhibits the following behavior. First when a call comes in the trunk status shows the "r" message. The call never completes, yet the "r" likewise, never clears. It remains until the trunk line is disabled and re-enabled. Next when I enter the slot configuration (this is a v.90 24 modem card) Some of the modems show N/A rather than the "enable modem". This cannot be changed. Line 2 seems to answer and complete calls fine. Any ideas?
