I need some help in getting the full access password reset on a Pipe 50 & 75. both are late models with the 8.0-101.0 load. Reflashing with the current load or reflashing with a "lower" load didn't do the trick. I can get to the debug prompt using the jumper, but cannot get to the diagnostic mode to do a 'nvr' from the menu system. Any suggestions???? Scott Wishard
