We are having a problem with some 16mod cards. Their various Max 6096 and Max 4000 chassis power up ok, but we're itermitantly getting "not available" or "slot empty" messages. The strange part is that these messages only occur when a certain card is in a certain slot. The diagnostic error is: Lmodem: Shared memory failure byte at ##### was 00(00) expected 07 or sometimes the 00(00) is 23(23). Any help on this one? Thanks, Rob mailto:rjb at worldnetoh.com
