Hi all, we have bought some time ago a MAX2k, with modem-extension card (MX-12MOD-S56). We are using the TServ option too, for dialing out to some customers, who don't have ISDN lines. Our problem is, that some of our customers have very bad lines, sometimes it is very hard to connect, even if we can connect, it is only possible on 9600, sometimes 4800 baud. But MAX kills the line after using it 4-5 minutes, the log says there were too many errors on the line. Calling the same line of the customer with an older Shiva LanRover modemserver, it works very fine, the line is up 'till wedecide to end the session... It is not only one case, this is tested since 2 weeks. The problem is, we won't use Shiva anymore... So, the question is, how to set maximum fault tolerance with MAX 2k ?
