Hello,

I have installed a MAX 2012 on a PRI and have installed Windows NT RADIUS. (The version with the NT 4.0 option pack.) I can authenticate just fine, but there seems to be a problem with DHCP/IP Pool/Routing. The MAX assigns the correct address to the client, but no route entry ever gets made for wan0, in addition I issue a >show ip pool and it indicates that all of the IP addresses are free! The client gets all the correct IP information such as IP/Subnet DNS and WINS, but can't ping a blessed thing on my LAN. I looked high and low for information on wether the client needs a source route built but to no avail. I am using the default Answer profile for all my dial in clients, and have configured a pool of just 6 tiny addresses. I feel I have a routing issue because RADIUS is actually doing it's job authing the remote clients. But I have a lingering suspiscion that the source route info for my clients somehow needs to be defined in RADIUS. (I have 3 skimpy definitions in RADIUS) I've had experience getting a Shiva D56 running with the Shiva Auth Kit before, but I never envisioned such difficulty with just simple 6 modem dial in. If anyone could push me in the right direction I would be greatly appreciative. I can supply oodles of configuration information if you desire.
