[Ascend] (ASCEND) FATAL ERROR: Index: 8

Anyone know what this is?  I had 4 of these in about 90 minutes.  No users
logged in (new install), 8 PRI over a Channelized T3, running nfas.

There's 4 more fatal errors with an index of 8.

Any help before I have to pay Lucent?
