This is in the MIBs, which are available for download from the FTP site. Try event.mib, and search for 185 and for 66. The first is a disconnect code (why disconnection occurred) and the second is a progress code (where the session was up to). If you have difficulty interpreting the results, try to raise a case with TAC.
