All,

I've got a user with NT4 that's having dialup problems.  She's able to
connect to a Max 4000 running 7.0.26, but we're getting a 65/45 when dialing
into a TNT running 9.0.2.

65/45 is described by Ascend/Lucent as:

  Before the initial connection was active (during PPP
  negotiation), a TAOS unit received a Terminate Request
  from a user's PPP aplication.  Typically, the user has
  manually disconnected the call from the dial-in client
  before the PPP negotiation had completed between the
  dial-in client and the TAOS unit.

The user's computer is reporting that it timed out waiting for a response
from the PPP peer.  I've been through her phonebook entries, but didn't see
anything amis.  The fact that she's able to connect to a Max 4000 just fine
is telling me that her settings are ok.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?
