Hi, We have a Max4000 that's been running fine for a while but has a few quirks which have become a bit of a pain. The box is a Max4000HP with 7.0.4 and a serial number 8391455 (ie '98 model) We have it in a room with a temperature kept at 19 degrees Celsius, while this temp is nice and cool all is fine, but when it starts to rise up in the low 20's (ie someone leaves the door to the room open :) the box starts dropping users and when it gets in the high 20's it just locks up completely. I haven't had a good look at the fans yet, but we brought this second hand and when we first got it, it would lock up with 2 or more Modem cards installed, this was sent back and fixed (power supply problem) but I've got suspicion this is what could be causing the current problem. Also I've found the following Fatal errors (I'm sending them off to Lucent now) which seem to be pretty consistent, does anyone know what these could possibly mean and any other things I should check?
