I have a customer with a pipeline 50 that may have everything reset on the unit! When you telnet into it there is an empty screen pretty much! Can he somehow get software downloads to install on it through ascend for free? Or can he use another pipe 50 software and transfer it over? Please excuse my lack of knowledge on this equipment! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Ben
