All, I've been using these for years, and never had a problem, but on a new install, I'm having an issue getting both channels up between a Pipe50 and a Max 1800. Can anyone offer me a refresher on how to get the Max 1800 to provide the correct number to the Pipeline to allow it to bring up the second channel? Or, get the pipeline to always dial out both channels. At this time, it's not even trying, though I have Base, Min, and Max Channels all set to 2.
