Hi Gary,

In regards to your problem, I take it this is an ISDN line that you want
to have it nailed up constantly and that you are using Ascend equipment on
both sized. Make sure that one side of the connection is set for permanent
and the other is set for switch. If you have them both set to permanent
then the connection will still drop.

Subject: (ASCEND) pipeline 75 not staying connected...

So over the last week or so, my pipeline 75 will no longer keep connected. I
have the connection:sessions options:idle parameter set to 0 (never drop?)
and
even tried upgrading to version 8.0-101.0 of the sw. Still drops.

What do I have to set to keep it connected once dialed in? (I am fine with
disconnecting manually when I want to).

thanks,

Gary
