Your device, whatever it is, is not licensed for VROUTER capability. You 
should check with your Lucent Product Sales Rep as to whether you should 
have it enabled as part of your original purchase or options on 
obtaining the license upgrade for the feature.

If you have a TNT/APX8K/APX1K do a "get base" command at the CLI to find 
out was is/is not enabled.

If you have a MAX product, use the TAB key to go to the screen that 
shows the serial number and then scroll down that sub-window with the 
down arrow key to see what's enabled/disabled.
