If you are configuring a dial backup solution, you will configure the Cisco with PPP dialer and then on the MAXTNT you need to configure it to route the IP onto FR network. FR configuration guide of MAXTNT is giving a good example. As far as I know the MAX family of products can't answer FR SVC [in FR profile you can only configure PVC/nailed-up connection which is not the case for backup solution]
