I'm attempting to configure max tnt for dial out over internal digital modems over ISDN pri. I'm successful in connecting to the max via telnet (max IP) port 5000 I know I'm attached to a modem, I can issue at commands and get the ok back. When I issue atdt and the phone number I receive a no carrier message plus a disconnect 096 error from the 4E switch. I have worked with the AT&T trouble shooters on the 4E side and the say the call is not "tagged" from the Max as to what type of call it is I have changed the call by call setting under the list t1 to equal 1-16 with no change in the 096n error.
