Argh.  Sorry.  You can still get it with guest access, they just don't make
it obvious.  Try this:

1) Go to http://www.lucent.com/support/documentation.html
2) Click on the first link, "General Access Documentation"
3) Find and click on the product you want.  The Pipelines are about
   halfway down the page.
4) Go to "Technical Notes"
5) Look for the NINDY document.

Yes, their support site is quite annoying, but there's a lot of useful
information hidden away in it.
