I'd start off by upgrading all your maxen to 7.0.4 or 7.0.26 if your brave. To make sure the configs are the same use TFTP to get the file to a PC from a known working max, change important stuff there, then upload to the new max. Simple way to make sure you don't miss anything. If I had to guess what the problem was I would say that you have the wrong slot set for the modem. If it's a pri set all the slots to 0 in the T1 Config screen. If it's a digital trunk (channelized T1) then set them all to 3. Paul
