See problems with these boxes all the time.
Actually spoke to them yesterday about it
using 1-800-Go-WEBTV     Now called MSNTV

There are no real settings to adjust on
the webtv box.. only other thing that
usually causes the problem is the modem
in the webtv box. If they don't work with
our setup which is pretty standard,
we know that box pretty much has problems elsewhere too.

Ask them [MSNTV] about any FAQ on their website.
You will probably hear a pause before they
say they have NO WEBSITE   :-)

That pretty much speaks for itself
WEBTV >> NO WEBSITE >> We don't spend
a lot of time supporting THEIR BOX
since they don't.
