Thanks, but actually the customers are connecting, staying connected and, more importantly, not complaining :-) The only problem is that Big Brother has stopped seeing slot 1 device 1. It still sees the other 10 slots. Of course I could reconfig Big Brother to monitor just 10 but that would leave device 1 unmonitored. Since no changes were made to Big Brother, it has to be something I did (or didn't) on the TNT. But, I can't find any diffs in the config between the old TNT and this new one... --------- Is it possible to get an idea of how many retrains were done during a session? This would be useful in knowing which clients are having line quality issues. Then a tailored init string could be given to them to try and stabilise the link.
