Anyone out there got any good suggestions for this? I've got 8 fully populated TNT's running a mixture of the 96 modem and 48 modem madd cards on TAOS 9.0.6 that are having some CCR problems. All 8 are taking calls from my phone switch with isdn call types on DS3 lines but my CCR's are varying wildly from chassis to chassis. The configs are identical on each chassis as well. Right now I'm looking for either debug/diagnostic command advice to help me isolate the problem or possibly an experienced suggestion as to what would cause this problem. The only possible correlation I can find in the problem is the number of suspect modems that I'm seeing on the chassis's. Also, anyone know what the parameters are for suspect modems? And, does TAOS 9.0.6 have a command that will allow you to look at causes (or any information) on short calls? I've got quite a few questions at this point and the admin guides from Lucent aren't very informative. thanks in advance gregc at mpinet.net
