have a few (17) lucent dsl pipelines that connect to a 24 port sdsl card in a lucent TNT. the routers are working well, have been for almost two years now, but we are trying to upgrade our network and i am at a point where i need to re-evaluate my configuration on the pipelines. i have setup static profiles in the TNT for each pipeline giving it a /30 network. Most of the pipe's do nat for the customer and only a few actually need a static ip address. my question is - is there a way to setup the dslpipe so it connects and just pulls an ip from the dial-up pool? i have other users who have an internal xpeed pci card and that is how they connect (i setup a static profile, but left the ip address 0.0.0.0 and they just get one from the pool). will this work or should i just get ready to go out and change everyone's ip address. -- Chad Whitten neXband Communications cwhitten at nexband.com ++ Ascend Users Mailing List ++ To unsubscribe: send unsubscribe to ascend-users-request at bungi.com Archives: http://www.nexial.com/mailinglists/
