IPNCP - IP Network Control Protocol (TCP/IP over PPP), this is where the
Max negotiates (assigns) the IP address 'n stuff with the client.

The TNT debug will walk you through every stage of connection.  This
information (last successful stage) is also present in radius accounting
and syslog, which if properly used by properly trained staff, can
drastically cut down on the time spent on support calls.
