Does your mib have the following:
        DESCRIPTION
           "This variable instructs the system to perform the specified
            tftp operation.
            Note: loadCode( 6 ) is not supported on TNT platform."

loadCode isn't supported for this exact reason.  Why do you want to do
a code download via SNMP anyway? (telnet automation is just as easy
as snmp automation.)
