Hi, don´t know about needed guest accounts ... just give them new passords and try it ;) Also have you switched of the modem dialout functions.? (i guess its also available on the 4000 but not that sure) There you can telnet to the box on port eg 5000 and then us AT command to place calls. Must be somewhere under ther terminal server and maybe has no password.
