We are using Emerald/Radius NT 2.5 with all ascend boxes. Both 4K and 6K's. We have all the user settings assigned by the max. ascend-maximum time idle time etc. This has been working 100% for years and recently I have 2 users that are seeming to slip between the cracks and my max/accounting is not logging them off at the maximum time. I have even gone in and assigned special settings for these 2 users in their radius user profile, but yet they still elude the maximum time. Anyone see this issue or know how to fix it?
