The exact OID will vary depending on the version of TAOS you have.  Walk
these 2 OIDs to get the specifics for your boxes:

1.3.6.1.4.1.529.4.21.1.7  = B channels in use
1.3.6.1.4.1.529.4.21.1.13 = Total B channels
