Rene,

The Disconnect Cause/ Progress code indicates that before the call was
answered, it failed to provide a CLID configured on the TNT.  If you are
requiring CLID in your config.... something is broke.  Otherwise, set
clid-auth-mode = ignore...  in "Answer => ppp-answer".
