We have a TNT running TAOS 9.1.8 with 14 PRIs delivered to us over a DS3.
The PRIs are straight 23B+D (no NFAS) running ISDN ISDN signaling and
"dms100-nt1-bri" switch type. I've noticed in recent weeks that if I have
to busy any of the PRIs out or reboot the box, the B channels don't seem
to come back up until the telco resets them.

In one case, I busied out two PRIs (set line-interface maintenance-state =
yes) while I replaced a modem card, then tried to bring them back up. The
B channels continued to show as being out of service until the telco
bounced to B channels on both of the affected circuits.

On another occasion, I had to power-cycle the entire chassis. After the
TNT came back online, I could see from the line status that everything
appeared to be ready to take calls, but no calls were coming in. Turned
out the telco's switch was blocking the calls until telco engineers went
in and reset the B channels.

Any thoughts/assistance regarding things I can look at on the TNT to help
troubleshoot this further would be greatly appreciated.

jms
