I am setting up Request Tracker, but having a problem.
I set up an alias in /etc/aliases as follows:
rt-comment: "|/path/to/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action comment"
rt: "|/path/to/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action correspond"
I also set up a symbolic link in /etc/smrsh as follows:
/opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate
Here is the returned mail error:
The original message was received at Sat, 10 Nov 2001 14:52:19 -0600

smrsh: rt-mailgate.--queue.general.--action.correspond not available for sendmail programs
554 5.0.0 |/opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action correspond... Service unavailable
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Raymond
