I recently set up a new server, and am having some network troubles. The problem is it takes 30 some seconds for POP3 to connect up. When I telnet to it "connects" right away, but it takes 20-30 seconds before the POP converstaion to start. The same for FTP and other protocols. I know there is a setting for this somewhere, but I dont know how to change it or what to change it to. Can anyone direct me to the right place?
