sounds interesting. I'm willing to give it a try. I've never been
farther than Greece, so I wouldn't mind seeing some more of the world. :)
I've heard of experienced UNIX (HP/UX, Solaris) admins over in Saudi Arabia
making $80,000 to $150,000/yr, +expenses; but I guessed that was for the big
oil companies. (who might be starting to need linux people...). only
downside of those jobs is that you have *no* social life for the length of
the contract (no places to go, no one to go places with, and not much
contact with your family... hey wait, this sounds like my life already!).
also, they always seemed to be wanting 3-5 years {HP/UX,Solaris}
experience; otherwise I would have gone for them. :)
