Actually, there's something out there called mars_nwe or some such that is supposed to emulate a netware server on a linux box. I downloaded it once, but well.....

If you look a bit I think you'll find netware & linux get along pretty good. There's ncpfs, etc. Supposedly even NDS support. It's on the list but right now all I do is mount and do some basic backups. Try google for netware & linux.
