I am using Red Hat 7.2. My /dev/fd0: brw-rw---- 1 root floppy 2, 0 Aug 30 15:30 /dev/fd0 and when I grep greg /etc/group: disk:x:6:root,greg floppy:x:19:greg greg:x:500: but I'm still getting error messages that only root can mount /dev/fd0 when not logged on locally. Do I need to restart crond, or is there something else I'm missing? Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.
