Thanks for the descriptors John, need to look into perl more.

Also, thanks to everyone for the help, I wound up using Clay's as I'm a bit more familiar with shell scripting currently.  worked fine.

As to the apache indexing thing, it's an unlinked page and wasn't sure on how to do it.  In due time...

No konquerer on the box, it's a server only ;)
