Yeah, and it's even worse than that, this morning I had to deal with Gnome 1 vs Gnome 2 dependancy hell. It wasn't too bad, but Slack 9.1 doesn't come with any Gnome 1 support (unless I missed something) and today's LJ email had a cool Gnome terminal replacement (http://multignometerm.sourceforge.net/) but it requires a couple Gnome 1.x programs and libs. I would think that for this KDE app you would just need kdelibs and qt?
