If you want to just add extra space to be used by linux only then u can resize your ntfs using partition magic, then boot to linux and just use fdisk to create another reizerfs. If you want this new partition to be accesible both from linux and windows you can create the fat32 partition in pqmagic as well. Remember though, fat32 doesn't store ownership/permissions.
