Useing my old SMC 2435w Card I cannot use my wireless network in the next room. Using the New card, Dell Truemobile 1150 (repackaged Orinoks Gold Card) I can use the wireless network anywhere in my house and even down the street!. And that is without using an external antenna Lesson Learned: The 802.11x card makes a HUGE difference in the usability of your network. -- Tom Penney <blots at visi.com> _______________________________________________ TCLUG Mailing List - Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota http://www.mn-linux.org tclug-list at mn-linux.org https://mailman.real-time.com/mailman/listinfo/tclug-list
