But I think you are right: tools created to ease 
system administration are not the reason jobs 
go overseas. It may be a facilitator, but it benefits 
admins in the US too. One example is that I can 
now write my AI-Monkey software and provide 
sysadmin outsourcing for millions of these new 
'untrained monkey friendly' systems!
